Easy gluten-free cinnamon sugar donut holes made with simple ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
  3. Add wet ingredients and stir until combined
  4. Scoop small portions and roll into balls
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes
  6. Mix cinnamon and sugar for coating
  7. Roll warm donut holes in cinnamon sugar mixture
