- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix shredded mozzarella, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the bites with olive oil before baking.
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
