A festive twist on classic Rice Krispie treats with warm gingerbread spices and molasses.
Ingredients

- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 10 oz marshmallows
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
- Mix in molasses and spices.
- Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies.
- Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
- Let cool for 1 hour before cutting.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra crunch, use fresh Rice Krispies.
- Press treats firmly to prevent crumbling.
