Instructions

- Whisk egg, buttermilk, molasses, and melted butter in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
- Stir yogurt and maple syrup together in a small bowl.
- Serve pancakes warm with maple yogurt.
