- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the rice until water runs clear.
- In a pot, add rice, broth, and water. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add chicken, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Adjust salt if needed.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
