Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups white frosting
  • Mini chocolate chips for eyes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Beat butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with milk.
  4. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool completely.
  5. Frost cupcakes with white frosting. Use mini chocolate chips to make ghost eyes.
