Ingredients

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chimichurri sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the lamb chops with the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve with chimichurri sauce.
