Description
Golden biscuit dough stuffed with seasoned beef and melted cheddar, brushed with garlic-parmesan butter for an irresistible bite-sized treat.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
1⁄4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Brown ground beef in a skillet with all spices and Worcestershire.
3. Stir in cheddar until melted; let cool slightly.
4. Flatten biscuits and fill each with a spoonful of beef mix.
5. Pinch edges to seal; place seam-down on sheet.
6. Mix butter, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley.
7. Brush tops with garlic butter.
8. Bake for 13–16 minutes until golden.
Notes
Do not overfill to avoid leaks.
Freeze after baking for quick future meals.
