- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken breasts. Cook for 6 minutes per side.
- Pour soy sauce over chicken. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
