- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Toss the cooked meatballs in the garlic butter sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

- Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
- For crispier meatballs, broil for the last 2 minutes.
- Substitute ground chicken if turkey is unavailable.
