Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Toss the cooked meatballs in the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
