Description

Juicy steak bites cooked in garlic butter with tender zucchini for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 medium zucchinis, diced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak bites and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Add zucchini and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  6. Return steak to the skillet and stir to combine with garlic butter. Cook for 1-2 more minutes.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer for perfectly cooked steak (130°F for medium-rare).
  • Sear steak in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
  • Substitute butter with ghee for higher heat cooking.
