Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and toss with garlic butter and asparagus.
- Serve immediately.
