Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak bites, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  5. Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss with garlic butter and asparagus.
  7. Serve immediately.
