Description

Experience tender salmon fillets bathed in golden garlic butter, zesty lemon, and fresh herbs—an easy dish that’s bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale

4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 lemon, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

2. Place the salmon fillets, skin-side down, on the sheet. Season with salt and pepper.

3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, and parsley.

4. Spoon the garlic butter evenly over the salmon fillets.

5. Top with lemon slices and optionally sprinkle dried thyme.

6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until salmon is cooked and flakes with a fork.

7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can use maple syrup instead of honey for a twist.

Check salmon early to avoid overcooking.
