Ingredients

- 2 cups diced strawberries
- 1 cup diced kiwi
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, honey, and lime juice. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush tortillas with melted butter.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle over tortillas.
- Cut tortillas into wedges and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- Serve chilled fruit salsa with warm cinnamon tortilla chips.
