Description
These Frozen Banana Snickers are an easy, no-bake summer dessert made with ripe bananas, peanut butter, dark chocolate, and a salty crunch. Perfectly sweet, creamy, and indulgent—without the guilt.
Ingredients
2 bananas, medium ripe
4 tbsp peanut butter
4 to 5 tbsp dark chocolate, melted
¼ tsp coconut oil
3 tbsp chopped peanuts
sea salt
Instructions
1. Slice bananas lengthwise and into manageable pieces.
2. Spread peanut butter on half the banana slices.
3. Top with remaining slices to form banana sandwiches.
4. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
5. Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
6. Dip or drizzle bananas with melted chocolate.
7. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and sea salt on top.
8. Freeze again until chocolate is set.
Notes
Use almond or sunflower seed butter for peanut allergies.
Best enjoyed within 2 weeks when stored in freezer.
