Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • For cinnamon butter: 4 tbsp softened butter + 1 tbsp honey + 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour batter (1/4 cup per pancake).
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
  7. Mix cinnamon butter ingredients while pancakes cook.
  8. Serve warm with cinnamon butter.
