Ingredients

- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- For cinnamon butter: 4 tbsp softened butter + 1 tbsp honey + 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Pour batter (1/4 cup per pancake).
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
- Mix cinnamon butter ingredients while pancakes cook.
- Serve warm with cinnamon butter.
