- 1 soft-boiled egg
- 1 cup bok choy (chopped)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
- Pour in chicken broth, chili paste, and soy sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add ramen noodles and bok choy. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with green onions and a soft-boiled egg.
