Description

Ingredients

  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 soft-boiled egg
  • 1 cup bok choy (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
  3. Pour in chicken broth, chili paste, and soy sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add ramen noodles and bok choy. Cook for 3 minutes.
