Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss grapes with 1 tsp olive oil and roast for 15 minutes.
