A playful twist on classic spaghetti and meatballs, this Eyeball Pasta dish is perfect for Halloween or themed parties. Tasty meatballs are shaped like eyeballs and served over spaghetti for a fun and delicious meal.

- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- Sliced black olives (for garnish)
- 1 small mozzarella ball (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Heat marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- While meatballs cook, place a slice of black olive and a small piece of mozzarella on top of each to resemble an eyeball.
- Serve meatballs over spaghetti with extra sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add 1 tsp Italian seasoning to the meatball mixture.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
