- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, nutmeg, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in eggnog, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until set. Cool completely before refrigerating for 4 hours.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
- Chill overnight for firmer slices.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg before serving.
