Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, nutmeg, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  5. Mix in eggnog, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour over crust.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes until set. Cool completely before refrigerating for 4 hours.
