- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, and onion. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add coleslaw mix and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Stir well.
- Cook for another 2 minutes to blend flavors.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
