A quick and easy vegetable lo mein recipe packed with fresh vegetables and savory flavors.
Ingredients

- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar in a small bowl.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan. Pour sauce over and toss well.
- Cook for 2 more minutes. Garnish with green onions.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Add tofu or chicken for extra protein.
