A quick and easy vegetable lo mein recipe packed with fresh vegetables and savory flavors.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
  4. Add bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar in a small bowl.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the pan. Pour sauce over and toss well.
  7. Cook for 2 more minutes. Garnish with green onions.
