- 12 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Spread melted dark chocolate evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set.
- Melt white chocolate in a separate bowl, stirring in peppermint extract.
- Spread white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes or until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve.
