Description

A simple and flavorful cauliflower curry that’s easy to make and packed with spices.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 can (400ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add cauliflower florets and stir to coat with spices.
  5. Pour in diced tomatoes and coconut milk. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
  7. Season with salt and garnish with cilantro.
