Easy and fun banana ghosts for a quick Halloween treat.
Ingredients

- 4 bananas
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Mini chocolate chips for eyes
Instructions
- Peel bananas and cut them in half.
- Insert a popsicle stick into each banana half.
- Freeze bananas for 1 hour.
- Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil.
- Dip each banana in melted chocolate.
- Place mini chocolate chips for eyes.
- Freeze for another 30 minutes.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm bananas.
- Work quickly when dipping to prevent melting.
- Store in the freezer until serving.
