- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just blended. Fold in diced apples.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Notes
- Use tart apples like Granny Smith for the best flavor.
- Dust with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
