Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just blended. Fold in diced apples.
  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
