Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out pie crust and cut into circles to fit small ramekins or oven-safe bowls.
  3. Press crust into bowls, leaving edges overhanging.
