Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Trim the green beans and cut them in half if desired.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the kielbasa for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Transfer the kielbasa to the crockpot.
  5. Add green beans, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the crockpot.
  6. Stir well to combine.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
