Description
A simple and tasty dish featuring kielbasa and green beans cooked together in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
- Trim the green beans and cut them in half if desired.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the kielbasa for 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer the kielbasa to the crockpot.
- Add green beans, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the crockpot.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use frozen green beans if fresh are not available.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
