Instructions
- Add broccoli, potatoes, onion, garlic, and vegetable broth to the crockpot.

- Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese until melted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Blend half the soup for a creamier texture if desired.
- Serve hot.
