Creamy, cheesy CrockPot Chicken Spaghetti made with simple ingredients for an effortless, crowd-pleasing meal.
Ingredients
3 Chicken Breasts
1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles (10 oz.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ Onion, diced
2 tsp Minced Garlic
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
4 oz Cream Cheese, diced
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 pkg Spaghetti (16 oz.)
Instructions
1. Add chicken, tomatoes, both soups, onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning to the crockpot.
2. Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours or low for 6–8 hours.
3. Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the crockpot.
4. Add cream cheese and cheddar. Stir and cook on low for 20–30 minutes until melted.
5. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti to al dente.
6. Stir cooked spaghetti into the chicken mixture.
7. Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
For extra spice, add jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
Can substitute mozzarella or Colby Jack for cheddar.
Freeze base (without pasta) for meal prep.
