Ingredients
4 salmon fillets, skin-on
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. Rinse the salmon fillets and pat them completely dry.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Place salmon skin-side down; cook for 4 minutes until skin is crispy.
5. Flip and brush with half the glaze; cook another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
6. Drizzle remaining glaze, garnish with green onions, and serve.
Notes
Make sure to dry the salmon thoroughly for a crispy finish.
For extra heat, add red chili flakes to the glaze.
