Description
Crispy Cottage Cheese Treats are low-carb, high-protein bites made with cottage cheese, almond flour, and parmesan. A perfect gluten-free snack.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (drained well)
¼ cup almond flour
¼ cup grated parmesan
1 egg
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil spray
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 375°F.
2. Drain cottage cheese thoroughly using paper towels or cheesecloth.
3. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, almond flour, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto parchment-lined baking sheet or air fryer tray.
5. Flatten gently into thick discs.
6. Spray tops with olive oil.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes (oven) or 12–15 minutes (air fryer), flipping halfway.
8. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Drain the cottage cheese well to ensure maximum crispiness.
Optional: chill shaped discs for 10 minutes before baking for best texture.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
