Crispy air fryer tofu nuggets served with a creamy peanut sauce for a delicious and healthy snack or meal.
Ingredients

- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
Instructions
- Cut pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
- Toss tofu cubes in the mixture until coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, water, and sriracha.
- Serve tofu nuggets with peanut sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Press tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess water.
- Adjust sriracha to your preferred spice level.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
