- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg and milk.
- Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the nuggets with oil before cooking.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier texture.
