Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup corn syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Food coloring (red, black, or green)

  • 1/4 cup gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan.
  2. Heat on medium until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add food coloring and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour into molds and let cool.
  5. Whip heavy cream with cocoa powder.
  6. Sprinkle gelatin over warm water and dissolve.
  7. Fold gelatin into cream mixture.
