Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream, Parmesan, spinach, basil, and oregano.
- Stir until spinach wilts and sauce thickens.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and mix well.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
