Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add heavy cream, Parmesan, spinach, basil, and oregano.
  6. Stir until spinach wilts and sauce thickens.
  7. Add sun-dried tomatoes and mix well.
  8. Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
