Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 12 tbsp neutral oil (optional, for smoother texture)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread pistachios on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Let pistachios cool slightly, then transfer to a food processor.
  3. Blend for 5-7 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth.
  4. Add salt, sweetener, or oil if desired and blend again.
  5. Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
