Description

A creamy pasta salad made with bacon, peas, and parmesan tossed in a tangy, flavorful dressing. Perfect for any gathering or quick lunch.

Ingredients

Scale

12 oz small pasta noodles 2 cup frozen peas (thawed) 12 oz thick cut bacon (cooked and chopped) 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese For the Creamy Dressing: 3/4 cup mayonnaise 2 TBS olive oil 1 TBS apple cider vinegar 1 tsp granulated sugar 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Cook the pasta noodles until al dente. Drain and rinse in cold water. 2. Prepare peas, cook and crumble bacon, and grate parmesan. 3. Whisk together mayo, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, and seasonings in a bowl. 4. In a large bowl, add pasta, peas, bacon, and parmesan. 5. Pour dressing over and stir until well combined. 6. Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours or serve immediately.

Notes

Add more mayo or a splash of olive oil if the salad dries after chilling. Try chopped celery, cherry tomatoes, or fresh herbs for seasonal variations.
