Ingredients

- 200g udon noodles
- 2 tbsp gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and minced garlic.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sauce mixture and stir for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked udon noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with sliced green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust gochujang quantity for preferred spice level.
- Replace heavy cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free option.
- Add sautéed vegetables or protein for extra texture.
