Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Place cucumber slices in a colander, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes to drain excess water.
  2. Rinse cucumbers and pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl, mix sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cucumbers, dill, and red onion to the bowl.
  5. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
