Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in diced potatoes and Cajun seasoning. Cook for 2 minutes.
