Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges turn golden.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Substitute fresh cranberries for dried if preferred.
- For extra richness, add chopped nuts.
