  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in cranberries and almonds.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together cream, egg, and almond extract.
