Ingredients
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
6 slices thick-cut bacon
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Boil potatoes until fork-tender (10–12 mins), then drain.
2. Cook bacon in large skillet until crispy; set aside.
3. Sauté green beans in bacon drippings for 5–6 minutes.
4. Add potatoes to skillet, sprinkle with ranch seasoning.
5. Stir in bacon, toss everything together.
6. Drizzle with butter or olive oil before serving.
