Ingredients

Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then stir in melted butter.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with syrup or fresh fruit.

- Adjust batter thickness with a splash of milk if needed.
