Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.

- Substitute maple syrup for honey if preferred.
