Ingredients

  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 240ml water
  • 1 orange (zest and juice)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cranberries under cold water and drain.
  2. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, water, and orange zest.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in orange juice.
  6. Let cool before serving.
