Ingredients

- 1 lb linguine
- 2 lbs fresh clams, scrubbed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add clams and white wine to the pan. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until clams open.
- Discard any unopened clams. Toss cooked linguine with the clam sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.
