Description
Warm, tender cinnamon sugar baked peaches topped with butter, spice, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream—a perfect summer dessert.
Ingredients
4 large ripe peaches
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of cloves
Pinch of salt
Vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking dish with parchment.
2. Slice peaches in half, remove pits, and place cut-side up.
3. Add a small pat of butter into each peach center.
4. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
5. Sprinkle mixture over peaches evenly.
6. Bake for 8–12 minutes until peaches are tender and golden.
7. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
You can swap brown sugar for honey or maple syrup.
Top with chopped nuts or oats for extra crunch.
Store in fridge for up to 3 days and reheat before serving.
