Ingredients
2 ripe but firm bananas
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Slice bananas into thin, even rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).
2. Lightly brush both sides with melted coconut oil.
3. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl; sprinkle over banana slices.
4. Place slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
5. Air fry at 350°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
6. Cool completely before serving or storing.
